The application itself does not require or enable registration with X2 Mobile Development SRL but you may have been required to register with the application store operator, such as Google, Apple etc. X2 Mobile Development SRL does not collect personal information but the application store operator, such as Apple or Google, may collect information. The usage of information you provide to them is governed by the application store privacy policy. This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device.
X2 Mobile Development SRL uses ad network providers, ad exchanges, and ad servers (“Advertising Partners”) to help present advertisements in our Games or run advertising campaigns on third party games and platforms. These Advertising Partners use certain technologies for presenting, better targeting, and measuring the effectiveness of their advertisements, using data gathered over time and across their networks of games to determine or predict the characteristics and preferences of their audiences (“Advertising Data”). Leaderboards
If you run our games through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we may use their leaderboard systems. They use this to match each submitted score to a user, and to display each user's name on the leaderboard. X2 Mobile Development SRL does not store this data on its servers.
If you choose to share your results on the leaderboard, please consult the applicable Google or Apple privacy policy regarding their privacy practices. If you choose to use external applications such as email to share your game results, please consult the privacy policy(ies) for the external applications you use to obtain a description of any personally identifiable information collected, used and shared by those applications.

Some of our games may appeal to children or may be played by children. We do not solicit information from children, just as we do not solicit information from any other users.

We do not collect personally identifiable information so such information is not at risk of being accessed unlawfully. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
