AI-Native Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who embraces the future of software development — building applications primarily with AI. This isn't a traditional coding role. We use AI-powered development tools as our primary means of building software, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.

You'll work closely with our team lead, collaborating on web application projects in an AWS-managed environment. The right candidate values domain knowledge and AI development skills over frameworks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain full stack web applications using Angular, React or similar and Node.js

  • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as your primary development workflow

  • Work with Firebase and PostgreSQL for backend and data layer needs

  • Collaborate directly with the team lead and development team on web application projects

  • Write and maintain AI development assets such as skills, agents, and commands

  • Contribute to AWS environment management and cloud infrastructure

  • Help shape and evolve our AI-first development methodology


What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor — this is non-negotiable; you must be comfortable using AI tools as your primary development environment

  • Proficiency in Angular, React or similar and Node.js

  • Experience with Firebase and PostgreSQL

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with direct communication with the team lead

  • Strong domain understanding — we value knowing what to build and why over framework expertise alone

Nice to have:

  • Experience writing skills, agents, and commands for AI coding tools

  • Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development best practices

The Selection Process:

  2. Technical interview. This interview will test your knowledge on Angular, React, or similar, Node.js and AI tools. It will be approximately 1 hour.

  3. Final Call. If all goes well, you'll chat with us about our vision and assess your soft skills (such as communication) and your personal development goals to see if we are a good fit for each other. It's very important to us to have a good feeling about the person we will work with. This will take approximately 1 hour.
