In collaboration with education professionals and institutions, Verity IQ has developed innovative solutions to tackle the challenges of the Edu-scape, including declining enrollments, rising marketing costs, and operational redundancies in managing student records. The Verity IQ mission is to streamline management and communication efforts across the entire student lifecycle for better prospect and student retention, conversion, records management, compliance, and job placement.

Fortunately, here at X2 Mobile, we share the same vision of revolutionizing and consolidating the education field using innovative technology. As such, we responded promptly to their request to integrate the Verity Dialog product into the mobile applications ecosystem.

Challenge

Our primary goal was to address one of the greatest challenges faced by educational institutions: providing their teams with simple and efficient all-day access to their work environment from anywhere. This would enable them to increase student enrollment, retention, or conversion by being more present and responsive to requests or questions that may arise.

For the X2 Mobile team, the challenge was to find the most effective way to develop a mobile application that maintains a consistent user experience and look with the existing web product while also taking into account mobile best practices and features. In order to achieve this, we had to gain a thorough understanding of all the workflows and use cases in the current app.

 
 

Solution

The application developed has brought all the functionalities of the web product into the users' hands, providing them access anytime and from anywhere. This includes features such as calling, texting, emailing, or calendar management, which enable rapid responses and mobility options.

To deliver an exceptional user experience and seamlessly integrate all required technologies, we opted for a native development approach, which has proven to be highly effective.

Key results

We have successfully launched the MVP version of the application with no major problems reported. Having the application live with real users will provide instant user feedback and assist Verity IQ in making informed decisions to adjust the roadmap to meet their needs.

Another significant achievement was the seamless delivery of the product, which was made possible due to the strong alignment between the product team, web team, and mobile delivery team. The X2 Mobile team worked closely with the Verity core team, effectively functioning as an extension of it. Our exceptional project manager and team deserve praise for making this possible.
